offers information regarding our office location. If you
are heading morth on U.S. 19 from Clearwater, we are located
on the left hand side (west side) of the street, at 34170 U.S.
Highway 19 North, just past the intersection of Nebraska
and U.S. 19. Our office is within the Fountain of Youth
complex, in between the Knights Inn and Park Avenue shopping
center. Important note: our office
is NOT located within the Fountains Shopping Center, which is
